Consultation Request
Attorney-Client Relationship Required The rules of ethics and our insurance provider do not allow us to give legal advice without the establishment of an attorney/client relationship (ie: a paid consultation). To have your specific questions answered, call for a consultation. Our offices receive hundreds of case-specific questions via eMail and telephone each week. We cannot answer these questions without discussion, analysis, or clarification. Immediate Consultations Available PLF clients and potential clients can consult with us immediately by electing either an in-person, telephone or email consultation.
In Person and Telephone Consultations If you would like to arrange for an in-person or telephone consultation to discuss your case, please call our Orlando, Florida office at 407-648-2555 between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. (EST) to set up a date and time for the consultation with either Attorney Pappas or another of our highly-qualified attorneys and immigration professionals. You will be faxed or emailed (your preference) a PLF Immigration Consultation Sheet (the "Consultation Sheet"), the return of which, with your payment, will confirm your scheduled consultation. Any time taken to review the documents related to your case is included in the consultation time and charged accordingly. For the convenience of our clients, we have the facility to accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Discover card payments. We will give you an estimate of our fees before we begin work. If within 30 days after your consultation, you engage our services for the matter discussed during the consultation, we will apply the entire amount of the consultation fee towards our legal fees.
Email Consultations If you wish to set up an email consultation, please email us with a brief description of your case and your question and we will respond to your email within 24 hours of its receipt. Emails received on Friday may not be responded to until the following Monday.
PLF SUCCESSFULLY REPRESENTS CLIENTS FROM ANY STATE IN THE U.S. AND FROM FOREIGN COUNTRIES. Our worldwide representation of immigration clients is made possible because there is a single body comprising the United States Immigration laws. The several states of the U.S. are not permitted to enact laws governing immigration. For this reason, we represent clients from all over the United States and the rest of the world.
Contact Us The office hours for The Law Office of Peter Pappas, P.C. are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., EST. Messages can be left at any time in our voice mail system.
E-Mail Clients and those wishing to engage the services of the firm may contact us via email at the above address. We receive hundreds of specific immigration questions via email and telephone per week and cannot answer these without a complete analysis and clarification of the issues. We would be in violation of the bar rules of ethics if we attempted to give legal advice to our clients without first defining the issues and making a thorough analysis of our client's case.
Hire Us Our Office can conveniently and efficiently represent clients on U.S. immigration matters who are located anywhere within or outside the United States. This is possible due to the fact that Immigration law is purely federal in nature. If you would like to engage us to represent you, please call us at 407-648-2555 between 9:00 A.M.- 5:00 P.M. (EST) or send an email to tax@pappaslaw.com, stating your desire to be represented and including a brief overview of your current status or situation.
You may also contact us for a one-time consultation at no further obligation. If, within 30 days afterward, you choose to engage our services, your entire consultation fee will be credited towards the specific matter initially discussed.
About our fees, payment plans, credit cards It is our policy to try to match the fees of any well-known and reputable immigration law firm. However, based on our reputation for excellence in the field of immigration law and our history of overall client satisfaction, our fees are considered reasonable. In general, a partial payment is due at the start of the process and the balance paid in part at each stage of your process. As a service, our Office can create a payment plan to help individuals and company clients make payments in monthly installments, over the duration of their process. For the convenience of our clients, we have the facility to accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover card payments.
Corporate Rates Please inquire of Attorney Peter Pappas (or the attorney handling your case) regarding special corporate rates for companies requiring multiple-employee processing.
